In honor of Black History Month, Banana Republic hired photographer Melodie McDaniel. She chose Compton, a place close to her heart, to celebrate a self-curated cast and crew dedicated to making a brighter future for their community. For BR's paid media channel, I created FaceBook link ads, Instagram stories and banner display ads based on the campaign concept of bold colors contrasted against visceral textured backgrounds.
